Bravo to Talon Theatre for Dazzling at the Cappies and MACY Awards

Bravo to Talon Theatre for Dazzling at the Cappies and MACY Awards

Talon Theatre made an impression at the 2025 Cappies Gala Awards Ceremony and MACY Awards. The evening at the Cappies (Critics and Awards Program) celebrated high school theatre excellence across Orange County, recognizing standout performances and technical artistry chosen by student critics throughout the season.

Talon Theatre was not only nominated in multiple categories but also selected to perform at the ceremony, showcasing excerpts from both Little Women and 9 to 5 The Musical. These selections honored the talent, heart and hard work of Santa Margarita's student performers, designers and crew who brought these productions to life.

Talon Theatre’s success extended beyond the Cappies stage, as the cast of 9 to 5 The Musical was also honored at the 2025 MACY Awards.

These accolades from both the Cappies and MACY Awards reflect the dedication, collaboration and vibrant creativity that define Talon Theatre. We are proud of our students, educators and artistic teams for their continued pursuit of excellence and their commitment to telling stories that move and inspire.
